Nichomachus 1st Century CE
Nichomachus of Gerasa was a Pythagorean of the first and second centuries, CE. His manual on Harmonics and introduction to Arithmetic espoused Pythagoras’ ideas on the harmonic sounds of the motions of the planets and the proportional relationships of numbers.
